All services, which “PIT -05” Ltd. provides to its clients are related to the respective fees and commissions. The size of these fees is fixed and the Agency is constantly aiming to follow the requirements and the needs of the clients which are interested in purchasing of real estates, by widening constantly the range of its services.

Agency commission – it is owed for each purchase of a real estate, accomplished through our agency, and is paid right after the signing of the Preliminary Contract for the purchase of a property between the buyer and the seller.

• Transportation fee – If the client buys a property through our agency the fee will not be taken.


• Property search service according to the requirements of the client on the whole territory of the country. These properties are selected by the personal agent of the client, according to required by him comprehensive criteria. The client receives a comprehensive information and pictures for each one of the properties. It will feature the property from outside, inside, the surrounding area in which it is situated, including impressions of the agent and consultations with a building specialist for eventual reconstruction activities, if there is need of any.


• Detailed description - Preparing a detailed description and additional materials for a selected property regardless of its location on the territory of the country, by specialists with view of the property’s more realistic representation to a customer, who is incapable of actually viewing it but is seriously interested in the property.


• New construction – Our Company offers its OFF PLAN properties WITHOUT A COMMISSION from the buyer.


• Property management fee – Property management is a whole package of additional services which our company offers.


• Other fees – depending on the kind of any real estate there are other expenses. These are preliminary fees, which are paid separately, a notary fee, tax for purchase of a property, stamp duty, etc.
